Fully qualified lawyer since 2003, from the same year he has been collaborating with Studio Legale Morelli.

He has gained experience in the media and entertainment sector, with a particular focus on audiovisual works, scripted and non-scripted, “live action” and animation, for all aspects relating both to contracts, including international contracts, in terms of format, commission / co-production / pre-purchase and distribution, agreements with authors, artists, “talent” and in general with the production staff, and to issuance of opinions and evaluations also in the context of preventive control of contents. He has also experience with regard to musical and theatrical works, audiovisual promotional works (including so-called “branded content” or “product placement” operations) and, more generally, in all areas of intellectual property.

Part of his professional activity is dedicated to advising in the sector of artistic management, realization of sponsored events, but also to more strictly civil matters such as corporate and commercial law in general, law of contracts and obligations, mortis cause successions.
